How to use it
Hold your crouch/sneak control while falling. Release it to descend normally.
How the power works
The cape caps downward velocity at 0.15 blocks per tick and resets fall distance while it is actively slowing you. It preserves horizontal movement. It does not lift you or grant creative flight.
The slowing condition excludes being on the ground, riding a vehicle, and elytra flight. Equip it in the back slot; carrying it in your inventory does not activate it.
Crafting recipe
Ingredients: 4 × minecraft:netherite_ingot, 2 × minecraft:phantom_membrane, 2 × minecraft:diamond_block, 1 × minecraft:elytra. Produces 1 item.
Requires a crafting-enabled acquisition mode.
